JSC tries to apply a first principles approach also helps in identifying the actual need and thinking of most optimal solution. Optimal solutions are usually attempts at being cost-effective without compromising on quality, design and aesthetics. These are most commonly applied while designing solutions for construction methodologies, materials needed in terms of function and aesthetic etc. The main intent is to being cost-effective without any compromise.
