Since inception, executing construction contracts through successful bidding has been the core activity of JSC. Over time, several buildings – Industrial, Residential, Commercial, Health-care, and Educational have been completed successfully for satisfied clients.
As a proof of commitment to the projects that are undertaken, several clients and Architectural Consultants have engaged more than once for their construction needs.
Design & Build Projects
Evolving from a purely construction company, JSC has had opportunities to design as well. Most of these projects have been for either individuals or for clients who have expressed their satisfaction upon completion of their contracts. Individual homes, small work spaces, extensions to existing spaces etc have been accomplished as part of the portfolio.

Construction Planning & Management
JSC was approached to plan and manage projects for clients who had the vendors and resources for execution and needed leadership to plan, execute, manage and complete the project. Real-estate developers, high net-worth individuals and technology companies have been served with this capability.
